Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary schools in and around the South Liverpool area from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children''s learning and development. Working closely with class teachers, you''ll play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through high-quality classroom support and targeted interventions.

The Role
*Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
*Deliver targeted small-group interventions in Maths, English, Reading and Phonics
*Work alongside class teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
*Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
*Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude to learning
*Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate
*Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
*Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
*Is confident delivering intervention sessions to small groups
*Has a positive and consistent approach to behaviour management
*Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about supporting children''s education
