BIM Coordinator (MandE) - ContractCentral London 300.00 per day (Inside IR35)Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong MandE background to join their busy project team on an ongoing contract based in Central London.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate BIM models for MEP services across live projectsManage and federate models using Revit and NavisworksClash detection and issue resolution with design and site teamsEnsure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are metLiaise closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholdersRequirements:Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally within MandEStrong Revit MEP and Navisworks experienceGood understanding of BIM Level 2 standardsAbility to work collaboratively within a fast-paced office environmentAvailable to work in the office five days per weekLong term, ongoing contract within a central London location and immediate start.
