This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Transformer Engineer with supervisory experience to join an established business specialising in the installation, assembly and servicing of distribution and power transformers, along with associated package substations. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on technical knowledge with the ability to supervise site activities, coordinate engineering teams and ensure transformer installations, testing and maintenance work are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working predominantly at customer sites across the UK, with occasional European travel, you will act as a key point of contact for site teams and customers, overseeing day-to-day activities, resolving technical challenges and ensuring projects are delivered in line with specifications, schedules and customer expectations. The Role The role will focus primarily on supervising the installation of new transformers and package substations, including the fitting, wiring and testing of distribution and power transformers. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing warranty investigations and rectification work, as well as routine equipment maintenance.
