We''re looking for a commercially minded HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering pragmatic, high-quality HR support across the business. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you''ll be the go-to expert for employee relations - balancing legal compliance, business needs and great people management. What You''ll Be Doing You''ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting them across a wide range of ER matters including: Sickness absence (short and long term) Disciplinaries, grievances and investigations Performance and capability management Whistleblowing cases Flexible working requests Suspension processes Occupational health referrals You''ll attend and support formal hearings, draft clear and professional correspondence, build constructive relationships with trade union representatives, and coach managers to handle people matters confidently and consistently.
