Business Development Manager now required to generate new business across UK and European markets for a leading provider of offsite modular solutions, engineered container systems.This is a high-visibility, field-based role with 50% travel, focused on new business generation with a sector mix of:70% Offshore Oil and Gas30% Energy, Power and RenewablesThe business is turning over 80m and is on a strong growth trajectory, targeting 100m+ turnover by 2027. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the company''s expansion and market leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business GenerationIdentify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across offshore and energy sectorsDevelop and run targeted sales strategies to expand the company''s footprintBuild and maintain a pipeline of high-value opportunitiesDeliver compelling technical and commercial proposals aligned to client needsRelationship and Market DevelopmentDevelop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencersRepresent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetingsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesSales and Commercial ManagementManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract awardMaintain accurate CRM records and sales forecastsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfactionAbout YouExperience3-5+ years'' field sales experience in offshore, industrial, engineering, or energy sect
