The Role:Communicating with customers to ensure payments are made Being organised and scheduling catch ups with any customers who are typically slow to payReporting on the state of the debtor book, and escalating any high risk and large debts to managersCommunicating and setting up payment plans for customers unable to pay in fullThe Ideal Credit Controller will have:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in credit control or debt collection highly desirableStrong numerical skills and a degree of financial literacyStrong attention to detail, able to spot anomalies and raising issuesExcellent MS Office skills especially ExcelInterested?
