Customer Service Manager
Customer Service Manager Spider are advertising on behalf of a group of companies who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager who has experience of managing busy customer service and sales teams. This is a full-time role, based at their offices on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex. Due to location of the offices own transport is essential.Company benefits include:Competitive Salary:£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and pension schemeHoliday: 25 days annual leave per year plus Bank HolidaysAbout the role:As the successful Customer Service Manager, you''ll work closely with other divisions in the group to deliver excellent customer service, team performance and support the groups continued growth.Main duties and responsibilities:Direct line management of team to ensure responsiveness, efficiency and retention of customers.Monitor, analyse and improve performance based on KPI s.Manage and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.customer outcomes.Identify and implement process improvement to ensure excellent customer experience with every interaction.About you:You will have a strong background in a Customer Service Manager or Customer Service Supervisor role. Experience of managing, training and developing either customer service or sales teams.
