Monitor budgets and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are met. Provide accurate cost estimates for office fit-outs and refurbishment projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost management and value engineering. Conduct risk assessments and advise on potential cost implications. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
