Customer Service Circa 27,000 p/a, Monday - Friday, 8am until 4pm, North Chailey, 28 days paid holiday including bank holidays, pension contributions, Health Insurance, office dogs and staff discount on products. The RoleWe are delighted to be working with a premium brand located in the North Chailey area who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling the company''s customer service and order processing, working and communicating with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.You will be responsible for:Act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries via email, live chat and telephoneRespond to customers within agreed SLAs, offering professional and solution-focused supportProvide product guidance and general advice to customersManage and resolve customer complaints in line with company proceduresProcess customer orders, including liaising with the warehouse for timely fulfilmentHandle refunds, replacements and credits accuratelyProcess and monitor logistics claims for delayed or damaged deliveriesMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactionsWork closely with production, warehouse and finance teams to resolve issues The PersonWe expect the successful candidate to have solid Customer Service experience.
