Are you passionate about helping children with SEN?

Here at Tradewind, we are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with experience to join a warm and supportive SEN School in the heart of Haringey.

About The Role

- Support pupils with SEMH and Complex Behaviour Needs

- Work 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and learning

- Collaborate with Class Teachers to differentiate learning for learners

- Provide engaging support and activities to the class and pupils

Requirements

- Experience supporting core subjects within The National Curriculum

- Knowledge of Behaviour Support Techniques

- A caring and supportive nature

- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)

- Additional Training (Would come as an advantage)
