Job Description:

• Performs panel or structural repairs on all aspects of vehicles;
• Completes all work, reports and administration required for work assignments in time and on time;
• Maintains a clean work station;
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments;
• Participates in any Training Certification programs required for the development of the business and their skills and knowledge;
• Maintains equipment to exacting standards;
• Able to repair, fill and seal with accuracy and minimal waste;
• Ensures that all parts used are recorded on the job card;
• Completes tasks using manufacturers specified repair methods;
• Complies with all Health and Safety legislation, to ensure safety of all staff, customers, and visitors;
• Ensures own and company tools are stored neatly and in their correct locations;
• Maintains personal awareness of the company''s quality procedures including uniform and is presentable at all times;
• Returns all displaced warranty parts, and completes job card with correct descriptions, quality check signatures and recorded mileage;
• Acts in a professional manner and actively promotes the company with positivity and integrity.

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:

• 3+ years'' experience performing panel repairs;
• Ability to perform panel repairs using specialist techniques and equipment following approved technical procedures;
• Proficient knowledge of repair methodology;
• Ability to use standard computer applications, internet functions and electronic measuring equipment;
• Ability to operate vehicles both manual and automatic;
• Good internal and external customer relationship skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment.
