The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in opening up new business areas and growing existing accounts. You will manage and develop a defined customer portfolio, establish and expand strategic networks, design and implement marketing and sales strategies, and monitor market trends and competitor activity. Attendance at trade fairs and industry conferences will also form a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships. Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making. Forecast trends and developments in the logistics sector. Share knowledge and best practice across the business. Represent the company at trade fairs
