This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in your craft are key to success.Key Responsibilities: • Set up, operate, and maintain folding-gluing machinery to achieve top-quality production output • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and safety • Work closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to meet daily production and quality targets • Conduct in-process quality checks, identifying and reporting any issues promptly • Maintain accurate job records and ensure a clean, organised working areaWhat We re Looking For: • Previous experience operating folding-gluing machines (Signature, Vega, Bobst, or similar) • Strong mechanical aptitude with great attention to detail • Team-oriented, reliable, and quality-driven approach to work • A positive, proactive attitude with flexibility to support production needsWhat s on Offer: • 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday) 6am to 3.30pm 36 hours per week • Salary of £25,790 per annum incl
