Reporting directly to the CEO and managing a small junior HR team, you will provide hands-on HR leadership while helping to maintain a positive, compliant and well-supported workforce.This is a busy and varied role within a high-turnover, people-focused environment. You will need to be comfortable balancing competing priorities, managing complex employee relations matters and providing pragmatic advice to managers.
