Salary: -100160 per day (depending on experience & school support)

We are partnering with a number of welcoming secondary schools in Northampton who are looking for passionate, unqualified Maths Teachers to join their teams from September 2025. These full-time positions are perfect for maths graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with teaching experience but without formal QTS, keen to start a career in education.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Teaching engaging and well-structured Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

• Working closely with experienced staff to plan and deliver maths lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment

• Tailoring your teaching approaches to support learners with varying abilities and needs

• Assisting with marking, assessments, and tracking student progress under supervision

• Taking part in training, safeguarding, and professional development activities

Who We''re Looking For:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject, or strong maths knowledge

• Experience working with young people or in an educational context is a bonus

• Confident communicator with enthusiasm for teaching Maths

• Organised, resilient, and committed to helping students succeed

• Open to constructive feedback and motivated to learn, especially if considering a PGCE or teacher training pathway

• Willing to undergo or hold a valid Enhanced DBS check
