Prospero Teaching is currently on the lookout for science graduates with a keen interest in education to join a secondary school in NW5. Specifically, we''re seeking individuals who have excelled in Science at both GCSE and A-level, and who hold a degree in this field.

CONTRACT DETAILS:
- Location: North London - Camden
- Position: Science Graduates
- Type of work: Supporting the Science department.
- Contract or position starting date: Immediate start
- Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm): Temp to Perm
- Full time/part time: Full time ONLY
- Minimum rate of pay: -85 - -100- Negotiable
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
WHAT DOES THE SCIENCE GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT ROLE INVOLVE:
- Supporting the class teacher and students during lessons
- 1 a rapport with 5 - 6 students with specific needs and implementing strategies to nurture, engage and raise attainment in their secondary years
- 1:1 Science tuition sessions supporting your subject specialism
Running intervention groups in your subject area to build their knowledge of the subject
WHAT SUPPORT WILL I BE GIVEN AS A SCIENCE GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT?
- You''ll be given training, guidance and support by an experienced consultant at Prospero and our Training and Development Team (all experienced teachers) as well as from the school themselves.
- A programme of FREE Training and CPD sessions are also offered.
- You will be provided with resources and strategies to support learners, behaviour management training, group and 1:1 training from qualified, experienced passionate staff.
