Abatec is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join client in the Clevedon/Yatton area, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions across the business and playing a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement. Pay rate: £14.19 - £15.66 per hour Temp to Perm after 12 weeks Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm shift. Responsibilities: Active role involving Combi Forklift and Crane operations. Managing and developing the team Achieve KPI''s, ensuring all targets are met. Maintaining Health and Safety Standards. Required Skills Must hold either a Counter Balance, Forklift or Reach truck licence (must be an external licence). Will be trained on Combi. Previous Warehouse experience Previous Experience in managing a team.
