Key Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly management accounts with a high level of accuracy.Produce monthly journals and support balance sheet reconciliations.Assist with payroll-related reporting, including accruals and key statutory elements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficiency projects.Support forecasting, budgeting, and wider finance initiatives.Manage inter-company reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and recharges.Assist with audit requirements and year-end processes.Provide support and guidance to junior finance team members.
