What you''ll be doing As a Production Operative, you''ll play a vital role across multiple areas of our operation - supporting everything from hygiene and safety to product handling and machine operations.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with real variety. You''ll be involved in:Operating production lines and automated equipmentMaintaining hygiene and quality standardsWorking collaboratively within a 24/7 manufacturing teamEnsuring compliance with food safety and health and safety practices Please note: This is a physically active role that includes some heavy lifting. What we''re looking for We are looking for the following skillset, but not limited to, and full training will be provided:A good standard of English and MathsComfortable working a 12-hour shiftExperience in a similar produ
