Customer Services Coordinator Your new company Hays are working with a growing Manufacturing business based in Telford who are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator on a permanent basis. This company is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Office Administrator to join their very friendly team on a permanent basis. Your new role As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:Quotation Management: Handle service visit and spares quotations.Order Management: Manage purchase orders and requisitions.Documentation: Ensure proper filing and storage of documents.Inventory Control: Work closely with the Stores Department to manage stock and inventory.Spare Part Processing: Schedule and process spare parts.Invoice Management: Oversee invoice processing.Database Updating: Keep our databases up-to-date.Travel Coordination: Book travel and accommodation for engineers.Administrative Support: Assist engineers with documentation and administrative tasks.Help Desk Assistance: Support the Customer Support Help Desk with call handling, scheduling, and job number allocation.Global Support: Occasionally support different time zones outside of normal working hours.Reporting: Report to the UK Customer Service Office Manager.Compliance: Adhere to the company''s QMS procedures and processes.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role you will need experience in the following: Agile Environment Experience: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing
