Lead the asset management of your regional portfolio and make sure homes are safe, sustainable and performing wellWork with your team to spot risks, solve problems and keep everything on trackGuide decisions on where we invest, divest or improve, and make clear recommendationsPartner with other regional teams to deliver our Asset Strategy and Regional PlansShare insights and reporting that help the business see the full pictureMentor and support colleagues working toward professional qualificationsWhy choose us
