Duties include:Analyse tender returns Support the team to increase and improve upon existing supply chainCompile and issue sub contract orders and ensure these are signed and returned along with any supporting documentationReview and sign off on any sub contract applications and prepare and send out payment noticesUndertake detailed internal and external cashflow forecastsProduce monthly AFA''s for clientsProduce monthly valuations and agree with clientsWork closely with the site team to ensure that all cost are recorded, provide support if neededIssue variation orders if required, ensuring relevant documentation is available to substantiateAttend site visits to provide assistance and support to both the commercial and operational side of the business Ideal Candidate:Ability to work as part of a small teamGood communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency using
