Bars Managers Duties:Managing and motivating the team, whilst also liaising with other heads of department to ensure constant excellence throughoutMenu creation and an innovative flair for creative excellence; including staying ahead of industry trendsStock taking and orderingRota planning and scheduling, ensuring that deadlines are met, and overseeing the daily shifts with a hands-on approach, including assigning opening and closing duties and leading by exampleEnsuring that all guests consistently receive prompt, professional attention, and outstanding personal serviceWorking with the senior management team in the training and development of new staff
