We are looking for a kind, patient, and motivated Support Worker to work 1:1 with a male client who has a learning disability, dyspraxia, dyslexia, and anxiety. This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone in building confidence, independence, and life skills in a safe and understanding environment.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide consistent emotional reassurance to reduce anxiety

• Assist with planning, organisation, and task completion

• Encourage engagement in meaningful daily activities

• Support community access and confidence-building

-Ideal Candidate:

• Understanding of learning disabilities and neurodivergent needs

• Calm, clear communicator with a positive attitude

• Experience with anxiety support and structured routines

• Able to promote autonomy while offering appropriate support
