Area Sales Manager - Social Housing. Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Ventilation Products to Social Housing. Industry Sector includes Technical Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, HVAC, Ventilation Products, Social Housing, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, New Build, MandE Consultant, MandE Contractor, MandE, Building Services.Area to be covered: Scotland. Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales) + discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £10,000. Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systemsFocus on selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build and refurbishment projects such as office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as associated commercial projectsInheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5mMajority of time focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accountsDealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the projectRequirements / Qualifications

Must have sold to social housing, local authorities and housing associationsOpen in terms of what products you''ve soldWould consider an MandE consultant / contractor repA team player who is highly organisedCompany
