Conduct Manager-Insurance London/Hybrid A leading London Market insurance business is looking to appoint a Conduct Manager to play a key role in the development and oversight of its conduct risk framework.Working as a subject matter expert within the Compliance function, you will provide advisory support across a range of conduct topics including Consumer Duty, product governance, complaints handling and customer outcomes, while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.Key Duties Provide clear, commercially focused advice on conduct risk Support first-line teams in implementing effective controls aligned with Consumer DutyLead compliance reviews of new and existing productsReview customer communications and financial promotionsConduct regulatory gap analysisPerform complaints trend and root cause analysis to identify emerging conduct risksMaintain and enhance conduct risk frameworks, policies and procedurePrepare conduct-related reporting for senior management, committees and Board forumsSupport development of conduct MI, KPIs and KRIsSupport the delivery of conduct risk training and awareness programmesHelp promote a strong customer-focused compliance culture across the organisationProvide guidance and support to junior team members where required Experience Required Significant second-line compliance experience within the London insurance marketStrong technical knowledge of ICOBS, Consumer Duty, PROD and DISPExperience implementing conduct risk frameworks
