The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality timber moulds used in the manufacture of precast concrete products for major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and experience working within a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture timber moulds to specification in line with production schedulesWork from technical and construction drawings accuratelyUse hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectivelyEnsure all work meets required quality and production standardsCarry out tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detailWork collaboratively as part of the joinery and production teamFollow all Health and Safety procedures and company standardsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentCommunicate progress and report any issues to the Line ManagerWhat We''re Looking ForEssent
