Looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager role where you can help build the business, develop a team and be rewarded for the difference you make? You''ll have existing Industrial and Driving recruitment business to develop, a team with capacity to grow and support from a Business Development Manager. This established recruitment agency is looking for a hands-on leader for its Coventry city centre branch.

The Role

• As Recruitment Branch Manager, lead and develop a team of across Industrial and Driving / Transport recruitment
• Grow the branch by developing existing accounts and converting opportunities generated by the Business Development Manager
• Work alongside the team, getting involved in business development and day-to-day recruitment
• Coach a developing Transport Consultant, particularly around organisation and desk management
• Support experienced Industrial colleagues, recognising their strengths and helping them increase business
• Take responsibility for branch performance, service delivery and GP growth

About You

• You''ll be an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager with the leadership and commercial skills to take responsibility for a branch.
• You''ll understand Industrial and Driving recruitment. A stronger Transport background would be particularly useful, although you don''t need to be an expert in both.
• You''ll have a track record of developing business and improving recruitment performance.
• You''ll be comfortable leading experienced consultants and adapting your approach to different personalities.
