As a Project Surveyor (Aids and Adaptations), you ll focus on delivering a high quality, customer focused repairs surveying service by carrying out detailed property and estate inspections, identifying condition issues, and specifying appropriate aids, adaptations, and minor improvement works. You ll ensure all recommendations are cost-effective, compliant with regulatory and accessibility standards, and aligned with residents needs, while providing clear, supportive communication to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
