We''re seeking a technically strong, hands-on professional who has progressed through site engineering into senior site management and has proven experience delivering substantial roads and highways projects. The successful candidate must be proactive and forward-thinking, capable of anticipating upcoming construction requirements, identifying potential constraints and ensuring the necessary permits, approvals and resources are in place to maintain programme progress. Key Responsibilities: Manage site operations, coordinating engineers, subcontractors, direct labour and resources to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Plan and sequence construction activities, managing short-term programmes and anticipating upcoming requirements. Identify and coordinate local authority permits, traffic management approvals, utility interfaces and other statutory requirements ahead of planned works.
