Plumber Social Housing Location: East LondonRate: £21 £22 per hour CISEmployment Type: Full-timeVehicle: Company van and fuel card providedAbout the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established social housing contractor, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties throughout East London.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumber looking for consistent, long-term work with competitive rates, a company van and fuel card provided.Key Responsibilities Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing propertiesDiagnosing and repairing plumbing faults efficientlyRepairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths and other sanitarywareCarrying out repairs to pipework, valves, waste systems and water suppliesInvestigating and repairing leaks, blockages and water-related issuesReplacing faulty components and fittingsCompleting minor remedial and maintenance works as requiredWorking from a daily schedule and completing jobs within required timescalesProviding a professional and courteous service to residentsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentCompleting job sheets and updating work information using a PDA/mobile system where requiredEnsuring all works are completed in line with relevant health and safety standards Requirements Previous experience working as a Plumber, ideally within social housing or property maintenanceStrong plumbing and maintenance ..... full job details .....
