Robertson Bell are urgently recruiting for an interim Finance Business Partner to join a well-respected UK charity for a period of 3–6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to provide crucial financial insight to a key directorate within a highly regarded and mission-led organisation.Working closely with senior leadership, this role will act as a trusted advisor, providing financial analysis, robust reporting, and strategic support to ensure effective budget management across a £10m area of activity. The organisation is based in London, with occasional travel required.Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with director-level stakeholders to deliver clear, insightful financial information that drives decision-making.Leading on forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis across a complex area of the organisation.Supporting the development of business cases and investment decisions.Contributing to improvements in financial systems and processes.The successful candidate will:Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Demonstrate strong experience in a finance business partnering role within the charity or not-for-profit sector.Have excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify financial information for non-finance stakeholders.Be solutions-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.This role is available for an immediate start and offers the chance to make a significant impact during a period of change and growth.This is an urgent opportunity, so please do not hesitate in making an application!
