We are seeking dynamic, driven, and well-connected Recruitment Consultants with a strong background or interest in Food and Beverage (FandB) and Housekeeping staffing within the hospitality sector. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent into leading hotels, resorts, and hospitality venues. Youll also play a key role in developing relationships with clients and candidates to ensure the perfect match every time.?Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients in the FandB and housekeeping sectors

Source, attract, and interview high-caliber candidates for roles including (but not limited to): waiters/waitresses, bartenders, chefs, housekeeping staff, supervisors, and managers

Write and post effective job adverts across various platforms and networks

Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

Coordinate interviews, trials, and placements with efficiency and professionalism

Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database (ATS or CRM)

Provide ongoing support and follow-up to both clients and placed candidates

Stay updated with market trends and salary benchmarks in the hospitality industry

Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs related to placements and business development?Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment (hospitality sector preferred), or a solid background in FandB/housekeeping with strong industry knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Results-driven with a proactive and solution-focused mindset

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously

Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships
