Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the BMS market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Provide technical expertise to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Monday to Friday - Hybrid working.

Background / Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years'' experience in the BMS industry (service, projects, or commissioning background advantageous).

Strong technical understanding of BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.

Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC, degree in engineering, or BMS certifications) beneficial.
