The Opportunity We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join an established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, supporting projects ranging from £200k to £10m+ across sectors including water, transport and energy. Key Responsibilities Support project cost control, forecasting, cash flow and monthly CVRs. Assist with commercial reporting, cost plans and financial management. Prepare applications for payment and support final account settlements. Assist with subcontract procurement, negotiations and account management. Support the administration of NEC and IChemE contracts. Identify commercial risks and opportunities. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and site teams on commercial matters. Help improve cost efficiency and ensure compliance with commercial procedures. About You Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction or civil engineering. Working knowledge of NEC and/or IChemE forms of contract. Experience supporting subcontract procurement and commercial administration. Understanding of cost reporting, forecasting and cost control.
