Senior Brand and Content Manager
who will help us evolve from 0.1 to 1. This is not a typical marketing role; we need someone who thinks like a creative director, writes like a storyteller, and executes like a startup founder. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments and loves building from scratch. You will shape our entire brand narrative, visual identity, and content strategy with autonomy from day one.We hire for impact and give space and authority to make bold creative decisions that influence how Colossyan is perceived.Key Ownership AreasBrand Strategy and Creative Direction:
Develop and execute a distinctive brand strategy that stands out in the B2B spaceVisual Brand Systems:
Create templates, guidelines, and visual assets to ensure consistent qualityContent Strategy:
Own our LinkedIn content strategy and oversee product releases and thought leadershipVideo Content Vision:
Shape the creative direction of video content and be decisive about what we createResponsibilitiesBuild our brand from scratch
by developing visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and creative templatesLead B2B content strategy
across channels, focusing on LinkedIn and thought leadershipWrite compelling copy
that converts across ad copy and long-form contentDevelop and execute creative campaigns
to generate buzz and differentiate usCreate visual content systems
for brand consistency across touchpointsShape our video content strategy
from product demos to thought leadershipOwn major content initiatives
including product launches and brand pillar contentCollaborate with leadership
