Role and Responsibilities: Respond to machine breakdowns with a view to minimising downtime and improving long term machine reliabilityExecution of the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer''s plan to work preventatively in addition to reactivelyUse of appropriate root cause analysis tools and 5SActively support a culture of Continuous Improvement, looking at ways to engineer out persistent problemsCarry out routine Planned Preventative MaintenanceAccurately record all maintenance tasks performed on an electronic reporting system Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Formal Engineering Qualification - CandG Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained Continuous improvement knowledge Strong knowledge of good engineering standards Experience in Engineering, manufacturing or production environmentsBenefits Package: 45,000 - 47,000 + Bonus scheme OTE 55,000Monday - Friday Double days - Training period on daysLife Assurance
