Plasterer – Temp to Perm – MOD Sites

We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to join a leading property maintenance company working across Southampton and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, consistent work and the potential for permanent employment.

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance across MOD sites.

• Complete patch plastering, skimming, rendering and wall repairs.

• Repair damaged ceilings, walls and plasterwork.

• Prepare surfaces for plastering, including removing loose material and applying appropriate finishes.

• Undertake general property maintenance and associated repair works where required.

• Work within occupied and void properties, maintaining a clean and professional working environment.

• Deliver high standards of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

• Company van and fuel card provided.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity.

• Weekly pay during the temporary period.

• Long-term work with a reputable property maintenance company.

• Opportunity to secure permanent employment following a successful temporary period.

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering preferred.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Previous experience in property maintenance, social housing or commercial maintenance preferred.

• Strong plastering skills, including patch repairs and skimming.

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

• Good communication skills and a professional approach when working on site.
