Through regular Windows and Office Feature Release cycles, you will make sure every user enjoys a smooth, well-managed upgrade experience - backed by world-class processes, tools, and a truly collaborative global team.The Responsibilities * Act as the subject matter expert for Windows andamp; Office Pro Plus Feature Releases* Analyse and communicate Feature Release changes to internal teams and customers* Translate new Microsoft changes into hardware and application impact assessments* Serve as the single point of contact for technical queries and escalations* Investigate deployment failures using SCCM and Intune* Own and resolve 3rd-line incidents via the Remedy queue* Implement remediation activities to enhance service performance* Present detailed Feature Release impact reports to Service Management and customersThe Requirements* Confidently understand and interpret Microsoft''s roadmap for Windows andamp; Office* Communicate technical changes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences* Deliver high-quality advisory, consultancy, and presentations*
