Experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer Location: M4 / M3 Corridor - Berkshire / Surrey / Hampshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Photocopier / Multifunctional Device (MFD) Field Service Engineer to join a well-established and growing managed print solutions business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and delivering exceptional customer service.
 
The Role  
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of photocopiers and multifunctional devices across a varied customer base. You will work from home and manage your own territory, attending customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining high service standards.
 
What We''re Looking For  
The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Photocopier or MFD Field Service Engineer.
• Proven experience servicing and repairing photocopiers and multifunctional devices.
• Solid MFD / Copier exposure
• Good understanding of networking, print drivers, scanning solutions, and device configuration.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently and effectively manage a field-based workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A home location within or close to the M4 / M3 corridor.
