JML Consultant - 6 months - Hybrid in Wokingham - Inside IR35We are seeking an experienced JML Consultant to join our team on a Full time basis, working 3 days per week on-site in Wokingham and 2 days remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and scalable Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) solutions, integrating HR systems and IAM platforms, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights through reporting and dashboards. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, governance, and efficiency across the employee access life cycle while engaging with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Integrating HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow HRSD) with IAM platforms to manage user access securely. Guiding development teams, ensuring scalability, compliance, and adherence to best practices. Automate workflows and processes to streamline joiner, mover, and leaver life cycle management.
