Duties would include: Providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales process. Managing incoming enquiries from UK and international clients via phone, email and other channels. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and property records. Preparing sales documents, reports, presentations and correspondence. Arranging and coordinating property viewings and appointments. Liaising with clients, buyers, sellers, agents, solicitors and other property professionals. Following up with prospective clients and assisting the sales team with lead management. Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipeline information. Assisting with property listings, ensuring details, photographs and marketing materials are accurate.
