Property Surveyor Location: Leeds Salary: £48,706.07 per annum Vacancy Type: Fixed Term (35 hours per week) Closing Date: 30 of October 2026 We are looking for someone who can provide professional surveying expertise and help ensure that our homes remain safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose. This role is responsible for delivering technical surveying services across Golden Lane Housing''s property portfolio, maintaining accurate stock condition information and supporting the delivery of planned investment, cyclical maintenance and development activities. You''ll play an important part in ensuring tenants experience high-quality homes and that asset investment decisions are informed by reliable property intelligence, working closely with tenants, contractors, consultants, development colleagues and lease contract teams. What you will be doing You will contribute to a range of activities, which may include: Undertaking property inspections, Property Health Checks and stock condition surveys across the GLH portfolio.
