GVR Building Services are looking for floor layers for work in Frimley and Oxford.

Locations: Frimlay Hospital - Oxford (Student accomodation)

Duration - Floor layers will be neeeded for a minimum of 3 months

Work - Floor layers need to be good at vinyl, floor tiles and carpet tiles.

Job spec for St Antony’s College, Oxford – starting 14th July 2025

Install 41 ensuites bathrooms and 3 ensuite wetrooms.  All in Altro Aquarius flooring with cap’n’cove skirting  each ensuite is between 3m2-5m2. 

Job Spec for Frimley Park Hospital.  Phase 1 & 2 starting from 21st July 25.  Phase 2 will follow on as soon as phase 1 is complete.

Latexing / floor preparation

Patch repair Vinyl flooring and weld on to existing Vinyl flooring

Install a mixture of sit-in-skirtings / cove vinyl and butterfly corners around perimeter

Install Vinyl safety flooring to WC / wetrooms including cap and cove skirtings

In total there are around 50 areas to repair.  Ranging from 2m2 to 12m2.
