Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employmentDeveloping positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participantsEnhancing employability through referral to support services and trainingProviding in-employment support to sustain employmentMarketing your participants’ skills to prospective employersAchieving program performance and quality benchmarksKeeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirementsActively participating in the local community to promote servicesWe are looking for individuals who are:
