Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with some office or finance experience who are keen to learn and progress.Key Responsibilities:Processing and maintaining the Purchase Ledger functionMatching, coding and posting approximately 400 supplier invoices per monthReconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queriesPerforming regular bank reconciliations - This task is performed by another employee, and the new role will to be support with queries and when they are on holidayProcessing employee expenses and ensuring accurate record keepingAssisting with fleet administration and vehicle-related queriesSupporting the preparation of weekly monthly payroll informationProducing ad-hoc reports and analysis as requiredAssisting with month-end tasks and other finance administration dutiesProviding general support to the wider finance teamKey requirements Good numerical and analytical skillsPreference for SAGE experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of ..... full job details .....
