Key duties and responsibilities of the Service Centre HUBReceptionServe as the primary point of contact at the Reception Desk(s), ensuring all enquiries-whether in person, by phone, or via email-are handled promptly, professionally, and with a welcoming approach.Staff the Reception Desk(s), maintaining a tidy, presentable area and ensuring all displayed materials are current and organised and essential office supplies are fully stocked.Manage the administration of ID cards, key distribution, and virtual car parking permits for staff, visitors, and contractors.Support the annual parking permit renewal process.Authorise and manage access to buildings and car parks.Process card payments for the extension or renewal of virtual parking permits.
