A well-established boutique construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team on a permanent basis.
 
The successful candidate will be London-based, with the majority of the consultancy''s projects also located across London. The office is based close to Covent Garden.
 
The role will focus primarily on hospitality and hotel projects, alongside some new-build work. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for high-profile projects and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
 
The Senior Project Manager

• Around 5 years'' post-qualified experience
• Strong experience delivering hotel, hospitality or high-end projects
• Experience managing projects from inception through to completion
• Experience across pre-contract and post-contract stages
• Experience working with clients, consultants and contractors
• New-build experience would be advantageous
• MRICS, MAPM or another relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills

• Circa £65,000pa - £70,000pa
