Due to continued expansion, we are seeking someone with experience in planning deliveries, scheduling vehicles, and providing daily support to drivers.You will be part of a dynamic operations team responsible for planning a fleet of over 100 company-owned vehicles operating across the UK and Europe.Key Responsibilities:Plan collections and deliveries, ensuring adherence to schedules and optimal vehicle/driver utilisationSchedule vehicles for servicing and MOTs in line with company requirementsMonitor driver progress to ensure timely deliveries and collectionsProvide support to drivers on the road and liaise with customers when necessaryEnsure compliance with all road transport legislation and the Working Time Directive (WTD)Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and managersSupport administrative tasks including order entry and data inputExperience and Skills:Proven experience in traffic planning, transport scheduling, or fleet handlingBackground in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operationsStrong geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe highly advantageousCPC qualification would be an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literateAdditional Information and Benefits:Competit
