Corporate Tax Senior Manager, Creative Sector

The role
Based in our London Corporate Tax team, the successful candidate will lead a diverse client portfolio, delivering both corporate tax compliance and advisory services. This client-facing role offers exposure to a range of UK and international clients.This is a unique opportunity to join the fast-growing tax group handling the corporate tax aspects of the firm''s Film, Television, and video game clients. The candidate will oversee corporate tax advisory and compliance engagements.Our clients include major Hollywood studios, streaming networks, independent film and TV production companies in the US and UK, as well as entities related to film and television production, such as financiers, visual effects, post-production houses, and video game developers ranging from small independents to large multinationals.The responsibilities
The role involves handling challenging technical issues and includes:Overseeing tax reporting and compliance, including tax accounting, for our FTV corporate tax clients.Conducting detailed technical research and reviewing analyses for clients and teams.Identifying business opportunities, including advisory projects and expanding services to clients.Mentoring colleagues and reviewing junior team members'' work.Advising on creative sector tax reliefs and structuring productions for maximum benefit.Providing expertise in areas such as international tax, capital allowances, RandD tax relief, transfer pricing, restructuring, and Corporate Interest Restriction, depending on experience and interest.You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, technically skilled, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. The role requires teamwork, commitment, deadline management, and multitasking.Candidates should be self-motivated, positive, credible at all levels, commercially minded, and client-focused. Experience leading engagements with corporate clients, organizing tax work, problem-solving, and managing a demanding portfolio are essential.Applicants must be professionally qualified CTA/ACA (or equivalent) with relevant experience. Knowledge of the creative sector relief is preferred but not mandatory.Reward and benefits
